We’re looking for a 

Concrete Cutting Operator to join our team! 

Job Summary: 

This position provides various concrete cutting services in a safe and efficient execution including slab sawing, hand sawing, chain sawing, core drilling, and concrete removal and hauling. The ideal candidate must be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn and grow within the position. 

Responsibilities:  

• Set up and operate concrete cutting equipment (slab saws, hand saws, chain saws, core drills, etc.)
• Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces and removing debris to ensure safe and effective cutting operations and perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Handle tools, hoses, cords, and other materials to support the cutting process.
• Load, unload, and remove cut concrete and related materials from job sites.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with operators, crew members, and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Support job site setup and clean-up, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior concrete cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs.) and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with the operator in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction from      experienced operators.
• Must have reliable transportation to report and leave work on time.

Requirements:

• Drug Screen (Required) 
• Valid Driver’s License (Required) 
• Ability to pass a DOT physical (Required) 
• Must remain drug and alcohol-free while employed.
• Must comply with all company safety      procedures and policies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
