• Classroom and hands-on shop training
   
• On-the-job safety training and mentoring
   
• Monthly safety meetings and jobsite toolbox talks
   
• Job-specific safety training (including fall protection, silica exposure, respiratory protection, rigging, and more)
   
• Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association training programs incorporating OSHA safety standards
   
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration 10-hour and 30-hour certification training
   
• Equipment-specific operator training
   
• Mandatory use of PPE (hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses, and hearing protection)
